Thursday Nov 18th Weight plan

Today will start off with the full 5 exercise plyometric set, 10 reps, 2 sets, followed by a modified weight set by Coach Pettyjohn.

Broad jump - throw hips, try to go further each time
Knee jump jacks. Push into vertical jump, knees up up up
Power Jacks.Squat jumping jack,hands up,slap thighs down on up.
Jumping Lunges. Step into lunge,jump up, switch legs.
Box down jump. Jump off chair/box, land in squat, squat jump up
